Endurance Gold Corporation (EDG -- TSX.V) is pleased to announce that Ms. Teresa Cheng has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company, effective December 01, 2005. Ms. Cheng brings a strong background to the CFO role, having held that position at Atna Resources for ten years. Her intimate familiarity with all aspects of the financial and regulatory requirements of the junior resource sector will greatly enhance the growing management team, and allow current management to focus more fully on acquisitions and corporate development. J. Christopher Mitchell has resigned as CFO of the Company, effective November 30, citing increased obligations to other clients. Mr. Mitchell will remain a Director, and continue to contribute his time and efforts in assuring sound corporate governance. Endurance wishes to thank Mr. Mitchell for his role in achieving the August 04 Public Listing, in which he provided invaluable assistance.
