Endurance Gold Corporation (EDG -- TSX.V, "Endurance" or the "Company"), at the request of IIROC, wishes to confirm that its management is not aware of any corporate development or undisclosed material change to the Company or its operations that would account for the recent increase in market activity.

Endurance successfully closed the sale of the Rattlesnake Hills Gold Property in Wyoming, which was announced on October 13, 2015, effectively trading a 100% direct property interest in a portion of the Rattlesnake Alkaline Gold District for an equity exposure to the entire district. Endurance also continues to evaluate opportunities to acquire new exploration assets.
